Travel Program

Day 1 – Saturday: Arrival in London Arrival in London, transfer from any London airport or station to the hotel and free time in the city. Accommodation.

Day 2 – Sunday: London (AD) Breakfast. In the morning we will make a panoramic tour of the city, starting with the 'West End' of London, we will see Hyde Park, the squares of Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, residential and commercial areas, the neighborhood of Westminster, passing through the No. 10 Downing Street, residence of the Prime Minister, Parliament Square with the spectacular Westminster Abbey and the Palace of Westminster where the famous 'Big Ben' is located. The tour ends in Covent Garden where we will have free time for lunch. Free afternoon to enjoy the city with the option of doing a Historical Tour: we will go to the historic center of London 'The City' where today it is full of modern buildings such as 'The Shard' (tallest building in the United Kingdom) that They coexist with some of the oldest buildings and monuments of this great Capital. We'll pass St. Paul's Cathedral, the Bank of England and the Mansion House, before making a photo stop at London's former fortress, the Tower of London. We will take a walk along the River Thames to admire Southwark Cathedral, the Shakespearean Globe Theater and the Tate Modern Museum. Accommodation.

Day 3 – Monday: London - Stamford - York (MP) After breakfast we will travel north, where we will stop in the small medieval city of Stamford, which was very important commercially thanks to its strategic position. Here we will have free time to have lunch and walk through its streets. We will continue our tour to the city of York, where we will visit its old town, famous for its medieval buildings and its splendid cathedral, the largest in northern Europe. Dinner and accommodation in the center of York.

Day 4 – Tuesday: York - Melrose - Rosslyn Chapel - Edinburgh (AD)
Breakfast. Departure for the ancient settlement of Melrose, in Scotland. We will have time for a walk through its charming streets before heading to the small town of Rosslyn on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We will visit Rosslyn Chapel, with its mysterious bas-reliefs, which inspired Dan Brown with his bestseller The Da Vinci Code and where the final scene of the film with Tom Hanks was shot. After this visit we will go to Edinburgh. Accommodation in the center of Edinburgh.

Day 5 – Wednesday: Edinburgh (AD) Breakfast.
In the morning we will make a visit to this illustrious Scottish city, we will see the famous street named "Royal Mile", known as the most important street in Edinburgh since it connects Edinburgh Castle (entrance included) and the Palace of Holyrood, official residence of the queen in Scotland. Free afternoon with the possibility of optional admission to Holyrood Palace. Accommodation. In the evening we will also have the option of attending a traditional Scottish dinner with a show.

Day 6 – Thursday: Edinburgh – St. Andrews - Highlands (MP) After breakfast we will depart for the north of Scotland. After crossing the spectacular Forth Bridge we will stop in the beautiful Falkland village, used as the 18th century Inverness to film the famous Outlander series. We will continue to St. Andrews, a charming medieval town famous for being the birthplace of Golf and for having the oldest university in the country. We will visit the imposing ruins of its cathedral.
Afterwards, we will continue the route in the direction of Pitlochry to visit a Whiskey distillery with tasting. Finally we will continue to the hotel in the Highlands. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 7 – Friday: Highlands - Loch Ness - Glasgow (AD) Breakfast. We start the day visiting Loch Ness, the most famous in Scotland due to the legend that the monster "Nessie" lives there. Entrance to Urquhart Castle on the shores of Loch Ness, with the option of taking a boat ride on the loch. After this visit we will continue through Fort Augustus until we reach Fort William where we will have free time to eat and enjoy the place. We will continue to Glasgow where we will make a panoramic tour of the city. Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.

Day 8 – Saturday: Glasgow (AD) Breakfast. Transfer to the airport or station available with supplement.
