How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least 30-60 days in advance for better prices and availability. For high season (December-January, Easter, and summer), book 3-6 months ahead. For high-demand destinations like the Maldives, 8-12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. We also offer interest-free financing for 3, 6, and 12 months with participating cards.
Can I pay my trip in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. You can reserve your trip with a 30% deposit and pay the rest in installments up to 15 days before departure. We also work with bank financing from 3 to 12 months with no interest.

Which destination do you recommend for traveling with kids?

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by package and destination. In general: free cancellation up to 30 days before the trip (100% refund), 15-29 days before (50% refund), less than 15 days (no refund). We recommend travel insurance for extra protection.
Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Yes, you can request date changes up to 21 days before the trip, subject to availability and possible fare differences. Changes have a $50 administrative fee per person. Within 21 days, changes are handled case by case.
What if my flight is canceled or delayed?
If your flight has issues caused by the airline, we help you reschedule at no extra cost. We recommend our travel insurance which covers interruptions, delays, and extra expenses.

Do I need a visa to visit the Caribbean?
Most Latin American and European countries do not require a visa for tourist stays of up to 90 days in destinations like Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, or Aruba. For other nationalities, we check the specific requirements when you book.
What vaccines do I need for my trip?
It depends on the destination. For the Caribbean, vaccines are generally not mandatory. For Asia and some South American countries, yellow fever may be required. We'll provide detailed information for your destination and recommend checking with your doctor in advance.

What does an 'All Inclusive' package include?
Our All Inclusive packages typically include: round-trip flights, accommodation, all meals and drinks (including alcohol), hotel recreational activities, nightly entertainment, resort staff gratuities, and airport-hotel transfers. Excursions outside the hotel are extra.

Yes, all our packages include arrival and departure transfers between the airport and hotel. If you travel with us only for flights, you can book transfers separately. We also offer private luxury transfers for an additional fee.
Can you organize trips for large groups?
