Terms of use for Gateway Global Travel services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Gateway Global Travel website (hereinafter, "the Company"), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Gateway Global Travel is a travel agency based in Miami, Florida, offering planning, booking, and organization services for domestic and international travel, including tour packages, hotel reservations, flights, transfers, travel insurance, and activities.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Published prices are per person in double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before are non-refundable. Airline and other provider charges may apply additional penalties.
5. Modifications
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. An administrative fee of $50 USD per person applies to each modification. Changes must be requested at least 21 days in advance.
6. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler's responsibility to have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), necessary visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required by the destination country. Gateway Global Travel is not responsible for denial of entry to a country due to lack of documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Gateway Global Travel is not responsible for medical expenses, lost luggage, cancellations due to force majeure, or other unforeseen events during travel.
8. Liability
Gateway Global Travel acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or deficiencies in services provided by third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services contracted directly with us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Gateway Global Travel and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
